“Ship” photo box for storing your pictures

A practical, useful and, last but not least, beautiful box for photos.

What to do with all the photos that are left over after sticking them in the photo album?

The solution is this photo box, made by hand in our workshop in Westphalia. There is plenty of space thanks to the depth of 30 cm, which is also practical for shelves. Two firmly glued dividers help with the rough pre-sorting of your pictures.
The height of the box, which is covered with a cute boat motif, is dimensioned so that additional tabs can then be placed between the photos. We kept the hinge edges and the other horizontal edges a natural white with linen.

This gives the edges protection and visually stretches the box. The inside pages are covered with black photo cardboard, which is glued in with a little distance to the edges - so you can see some of the wonderful colored paper inside. A permanently attached hinged lid with magnetic closure protects your pictures from light and dust.
