This one from our manufactory in Dortmund is a colorful yet stylish photo album in a class of its own.
It is made for you from the ground up using excellent ingredients: sturdy cardboard as the core of the lid and back, intricately printed florentine paper, finely woven linen fabric and high-quality photo cardboard for the many beautiful photos that should find their place in this exclusive album.
The colorful cover paper of the photo album shows a variant of the well-known Bourgogne lily, here in a garland-shaped design. The shades of blue, light blue and green are harmoniously side by side and form the stem and petals of the flower. The finest lines and dots, which have a beige hue in the photos, are ultimately made of gold dust - they fill the spaces between the colorful illustrations.
The most striking design elements are the butterflies and paradisiacal birds in bright orange and red, evenly distributed over the paper - an "eye catcher" on this traditionally printed paper from the region around Florence.
We have chosen a shade of blue for this wonderful print and chosen the color of the linen for the spine of the book, a medium blue that stands out strongly and does justice to the character of the cover.
The inner part of this excellent photo album consists of acid-free photo cardboard, to protect your photos, glassine sheets are inserted between the individual cardboard sheets.
"Schreibweise" albums are carefully handcrafted in our workshop and will therefore provide pleasure for a long time over several generations if they are picked up (every now and then) and browsed through.
