Our small family business faced a major challenge about ten years ago: large numbers of music folders for the Dortmund Philharmonic Orchestra, individually adapted to the needs of a professional ensemble, able to cope with the tough everyday life behind the stage, easy to handle for the orchestra inspectors ... .and of an elegant and discreet appearance!
In the course of several discussions about size and design, taking into account many conditions, high-quality orchestral folders were created that cannot be found in this way.
Starting with the solid bookbinding cardboard for the "core" of the ensemble folders, the desired size and capacity, the selection of the suitable cover material without plastics (no shiny material) to the feel and the associated handleability to the appropriate interior lining and its color the music folders for orchestra are custom-made - of course by hand with the best materials in our workshop in Dortmund.

Since then, many professionals and amateur orchestras have received "their" individual music folders.

Our high-quality music folders are also available in many designs here in the shop:
- different sizes
- many color and linen combinations
- different closure options (elastic band from top to bottom, corner elastic bands, loop tape or without closure)
- Inner box colors (vanilla or black)
